After speaking with Melissa, I felt she had my best interests at heart. She listened to what I wanted, needed, and understood the situation I was in. She was also very willing to work with me as it wasn't easy to see houses, as I was in Pennsylvania and I was moving to NJ.

We had (have) a great rapport, we've had open and honest communication. We also had fun during the search for a home. They took the time to listen and not just try to sell me a house.

Melissa is a great realtor and I believe she is fully invested in her clients (and their needs). I would recommend her for that alone. However, she was a very active participant in the entire process and that helped me to focus on work, family, etc., and not be too stressed (as the entire process is stressful). Her attention to detail, availability, proactive nature were all additional factors that would have me recommend Melissa to others. She will be handling other real estate transactions for me in the future.

Melissa is a great realtor and was "invested" every step of the way through the process. She is knowledgeable, approachable, friendly, and wants what's best for clients. She also has a great sense of humor which helps when working on something as stressful as buying a home. I highly recommend people speak to Melissa about their real estate needs... they won't be disappointed.
